Sami rocks! I worked with her for 4 weeks to revamp my diet by adding more fiber and protein. Using the better meal tracker helped me to do that by the end of our time together. She provided lots of usefull resources like healthy snack guides, exercise trackers, and lst of healthy options at fast food restaurants. Each week, she checked in with me via chat through the app and it was an easy way to discuss wins/challenges for the week, and goals and answer any questions I had. After working with sami for a month and with the addition of increasing my cardio workouts, i lost 4 pounds and was able to start wearing pants i havent been able to fit in since before having my two kids. I'm also more mindful of what i'm eating and have been incorporating more plant based meals into my meal planning. It was a great experience!
With Sami's help and knowledge, I have started my journey to eat better and get healthier. Sami helps me set realistic and attainable goals, and she is alway encouraging even when I fall short on a goal. She has up a realistic eating plan for me and my husband that I am able to manage with both of us having different medical concerns.
